The company's current major equipment includes: several 50-ton and 20-ton gantry cranes; one 200-ton bridge crane; a 160/250x3200mm horizontal down-adjusting three-roller plate rolling machine; a hanging saddle-type automatic welding machine, a 5x6 heavy-duty strip cladding machine, a single-wire narrow gap submerged arc welding machine, an automatic tracking submerged arc welding machine, an automatic internal cladding machine for straight pipes, an automatic tube-to-tubesheet welding machine, a double-seat sinking type positioner; a hanging saddle-type CNC cutting machine, a CNC plasma cutting machine, a CNC flame cutting machine, a 6-100mm edge milling machine, a CNC machining center; a 6m x 7m x 33m large-scale annealing furnace; C0-601192 radiographic testing equipment, SIS0RTER special X-ray fluorescence spectrometer, 360KV panoramic X-ray flaw detector, and other advanced production and processing equipment, forming an annual production capacity of 100,000 tons.
