The company currently has main equipment: several 50-ton and 20-ton gantry cranes; one 200-ton bridge crane; 160/250x3200mm horizontal down-adjusting three-roller plate rolling machine; suspended saddle-type automatic welding machine, 5x6 heavy-duty strip cladding machine, single-wire narrow gap submerged arc welding machine, automatic tracking submerged arc welding machine, automatic inner wall cladding machine for straight pipes, tube-to-tubesheet automatic welding machine, double-support sinking-type positioner; suspended saddle-type CNC cutting machine, CNC plasma cutting machine, CNC flame cutting machine, 6-100mm edge milling machine, CNC machining center; 6mx7mx33m large-scale annealing furnace; Co-60/192 radiographic inspection equipment, SPECTRO X-ray fluorescence spectrometer, 360KV panoramic X-ray inspection machine, and other advanced production and processing equipment, forming an annual production capacity of 100,000 tons.
