The company currently has major equipment: several 50-ton and 20-ton gantry cranes; 200-ton bridge cranes; 160/250x3200mm horizontal downward-adjusting three-roller plate rolling machine; suspended saddle-type automatic welding machine, 5x6 heavy-duty strip cladding machine, single-wire narrow gap submerged arc welding machine, automatic tracking submerged arc welding machine, automatic internal cladding machine for straight pipes, automatic tube-to-tubesheet welding machine, double-support pit-type positioner; suspended saddle-type CNC cutting machine, CNC plasma cutting machine, CNC flame cutting machine, 6-100mm edge milling machine, CNC machining center; 6m x 7m x 33m large-scale annealing furnace; Co-60 1192 radiographic testing equipment, SISORTER-type X-ray fluorescence spectrometer, 360KV panoramic X-ray flaw detector, and other advanced production and processing equipment, forming an annual production capacity of 100,000 tons.
